Play Therapy in East Kent
with Certified Play Therapist Shannon Wells
Play Therapy is a mode of therapy where children can choose to express themselves through play and creativity, using a range of mediums including sand, art, puppets, music, clay, and toys.
Because of their developmental stage, and because it can be difficult for anyone to open up about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, children can struggle to put these into words.
Play Therapy gives children a safe space and relationship within which to explore their inner world in the way most natural to them.
